I am an Italian linguist based in Finland. My academic background combines studies of German, English, Scandinavian and Finnish philology completed across Italy, Germany and Finland.

Based in Finland since 2021, I have worked in various sectors including translation, language teaching, communication and museum work.

I have also gained experience in event communication and press work, combining my linguistic profile with a passion for photography, visual arts and digital communication. An important experience for me was working as a press trainee for Nordischer Klang, Germany’s largest festival dedicated to the Nordic cultures.

Since September 2024, I have been the host and curator of Finnbrit’s Gothic Book Club in Helsinki, where I am delighted to share my literary passions with fellow book lovers. You can check our upcoming events here.
